製品の概要
WHMDシリーズ金型除湿機は主にプラスチック成形に応用され、金型は冷凍水を使用して成形周期を短縮することによる結露問題、特にPETボトル胚の射出が最も適している。本機は蜂の巣ローターシステムを用いて除湿作業を行い、金型周囲が常に0〜10℃の低露点空気環境を維持することを確保し、金型に結露現象を発生させず、季節変化の影響を受けず、不良率を大幅に低下させる。
